Global dental solutions company Dentium held the “2025 Dentium World Symposium” in Bangkok, Thailand, where it presented the future direction of dental treatment together with more than 1,500 dental professionals from 32 countries worldwide.
Held at ICONSIAM in Bangkok, the event was conducted on an international scale encompassing Asia, Europe, and the Middle East, and was regarded as a symbolic occasion demonstrating the rapid expansion of Dentium’s influence in the global dental market.
Dentium put forward “Minimalism” as the core keyword, aimed at reducing the complexity of dental procedures and alleviating patients’ recovery burden, and shared future trends that will be driven by the transition to digital-based treatment.
Clinical and research experts active in various regions around the world also participated in the symposium and presented the latest trends in dentistry in conjunction with their own experience. Professor Heiner Weber, regarded as a leading authority in the global implant field, explained that with advances in digital technology, maxillary sinus treatment—which once required complex incisions and highly demanding surgical techniques—is shifting toward safer, more predictable, diagnosis-centered care. He emphasized that at the core of this change lie accurate imaging-based diagnosis and the development of digital equipment and implant systems that enhance procedural stability.
In the major sessions that followed, patient-centered treatment philosophies—such as the simplification of implant procedures, minimally invasive approaches, and full connectivity between digital diagnostics and prosthetics—were described alongside a variety of clinical cases.
Strategies involving minimal grafting using short implants, the structural design of Dentium’s bright Implant that enables stable placement even in narrow bone widths, and high primary stability that makes “one-day prosthetics” possible even for molars, all demonstrated that Dentium’s products and solutions help reduce discomfort and burden for patients in real clinical settings. In addition, “facial design,” which simultaneously considers esthetics and function through face-based 3D analysis, was introduced as a case implemented using Dentium’s bright CT and 3D Viewer. Minimally invasive soft tissue regeneration techniques, based on the company’s biomaterials and systems, also drew attention as a latest treatment trend.
At this symposium, Dentium underscored its vision to expand clinician training and technology sharing based on its global network, and to build an environment in which medical professionals around the world can operate under unified standards of care.
A company representative stated, “The consensus formed among clinicians from countries around the world on future treatment philosophies signifies that the global dental industry is advancing to the next stage,” adding, “Dentium, as an integrated solutions provider encompassing implants, digital equipment, and biomaterials, will continue to expand its global education programs and clinical network.” The representative continued, “We will extend symposiums and hands-on training to diverse regions including Europe and the Middle East, so that dental professionals worldwide can work together to shape new treatment trends.”
The Bangkok symposium went beyond a single academic event to establish itself as an international platform for discussing future directions in dental care in the global dental industry. Building on this, Dentium is expected to further strengthen its connections with medical professionals across regions and continue to expand its global leadership.
