Skincare brand COSRX announced on the 4th that it will begin supplying products to Australian discount chains Kmart and Target from mid-month. The company stated that with this entry, the number of its retail outlets in Australia will increase to about 2,000.

The two chains will carry products including “The 6 Peptide Skin Booster Serum.” Containing six types of peptide ingredients, this serum is used as the first step after cleansing and ranked No. 1 in Olive Young’s essence and serum category (as of 1 July 2025) and in its skincare category (as of 1 July 2026).

COSRX is currently selling products at around 350 stores of Australian pharmacy chain Chemist Warehouse and at discount retailer BIG W. On 25 September, it also entered about 850 stores and the online mall of supermarket chain Coles.

Demand for K-beauty is increasing in Australia. Local broadcaster 7NEWS reported on 11 September that consumption of K-beauty products is spreading into the mass consumer segment.

COSRX plans to sequentially roll out its peptide product group “The RX” line in Australia. “The Peptide Collagen Hydrogel Eye Patch,” which ranked No. 1 in the eye mask category on Amazon U.S. (November 2025 and April 2026), and “The Blue Peptide Bakuchiol Plump Glow Serum,” which ranked No. 1 in the skincare category on Olive Young and Japan’s Qoo10 (May 2026), are scheduled to be launched by next year.

A company representative said, “We are introducing in Australia the peptide line that has built up sales performance in Korea and the United States,” adding, “We will continue to expand our local sales channels.”
