LS Electric announced on the 17th that it has secured a contract for a power infrastructure project worth KRW 110 billion for a North American artificial intelligence (AI) data center. LS Electric will supply power distribution transformer-based solutions to an AI data center complex in the United States from next year until 2028.

LS Electric stated on the 10th that it signed a contract to supply switchgear and transformers to provide power to a data center being constructed in Tennessee, USA. LS Electric did not disclose the name of the ordering company. However, it mentioned that the company is an existing client to which it has been supplying circuit breakers since 2022, and that it secured the additional contract by being recognized for its execution capabilities and product quality reliability related to previous orders.
