Viva Innovation Co., Ltd. (CEO Han Park), which operates the health check-up platform 'Good Doctor', announced the expansion of its AI (Artificial Intelligence) based medical AI SaaS (Software as a Service) business exclusively for health check-up hospitals.

The newly unveiled solution primarily automates the workflow of hospital check-up operations based on an AI developed from the extensive check-up data accumulated through the Good Doctor platform. In particular, it automates the management and follow-up of patients with findings after morning check-ups, reducing the administrative burden on medical staff and enhancing the continuity of patient management.

The generative AI developed by Viva Innovation has evolved into a form optimized for the medical check-up field by further learning and fine-tuning over 7 million check-up data. This AI automatically classifies patients with findings and suggests additional examinations based on the results, supplementing and strengthening the clinical decision-making of medical staff.

The newly released 'Good Doctor Medical AI Health Check-up SaaS' consists mainly of check-up reservation and follow-up functions. Among these, the follow-up function has obtained digital medical device approval. Hospitals can utilize this function to propose additional examinations even during off-seasons, creating new revenue streams.

The Good Doctor Medical AI Health Check-up SaaS is composed of two solutions, CMS (Check-up Reservation Management) and PMS (Follow-up Management), according to the health check-up journey, allowing hospitals to selectively adopt necessary functions tailored to their specific operations such as national, comprehensive, and special check-ups. It is provided as a subscription-based service without initial setup costs, enabling easy and flexible adoption by hospitals.

The 'Health Check-up SaaS (CMS)' includes software for △hospital website reservations △questionnaire dispatch △check-up reservation/product/CAPA management, focusing on reducing the workload of hospitals through digital transformation by automating repetitive tasks in the pre- and post-check-up process.

The 'Follow-up SaaS (PMS)' is designed to automatically connect patients with findings to follow-up through △result dispatch △subject result inquiry △automatic generation of comprehensive findings △automatic classification of patients with findings △additional examination guidance △job stress/cardiovascular findings management △interactive AI health consultation △remote monitoring, ensuring continuous health management even after check-ups.

Meanwhile, Viva Innovation operates the health check-up platform 'Good Doctor' and is the first company in Korea to provide personal (B2C) health check-up reservation services, securing the largest number of 2 million users and over 500 partner hospitals domestically. It has been recognized for both its technological prowess and reliability, winning two CES Innovation Awards in the AI technology field in 2025 and obtaining ISO 27001 and 27701 international standard certifications in the information security field.
