The newly established 'Innovation Idea Hub' is a bidirectional platform that simultaneously accepts internal and external proposals to solve technical challenges at sites. Internal employees can propose various ideas related to ensuring safety and improving quality, while external companies can register new technologies and solutions for review.

Submitted proposals are evaluated by relevant departments to assess their commercialization potential. Subsequently, they are developed into applicable technologies through a field demonstration process in collaboration with related departments. Notably, small and medium-sized enterprises that possess technology but lack commercialization infrastructure or support capabilities can be selected as excellent proposers through the 'Innovation Idea Hub', gaining support for field demonstration and commercialization opportunities from GS Engineering & Construction.

Selected proposals receive modest rewards along with practical benefits such as support for patent applications and opportunities to participate in bids. Through this initiative, GS Engineering & Construction plans to strengthen a technology-centered co-growth system with partner companies and contribute to the creation of an innovative ecosystem across the construction industry.

Through this platform, GS Engineering & Construction aims to achieve 'Zero Safety Accidents' as a core goal, focusing on managing new technologies and ideas directly related to safety for rapid implementation at sites.
