The no-code AI app creation platform 'Patty' was selected as Top 2 among the 'Top 40+ Most Anticipated Startups' at the North American technology conference 'Elevate Festival 2025', held in Toronto, Canada, from October 7 to 9.
The event featured 16 domestic startups in various fields such as AI, ESS, deep tech, fintech, smart farms, 3D AR, and healthcare, participating through the 'K-Globe' program co-hosted by the Korea Venture Business Association (KOVA) and The Way Company.
Elevate Festival is a leading North American technology conference held annually in Toronto, bringing together over 10,000 participants and 300 innovative companies to showcase the latest technology trends and the competitiveness of startups. Patty's achievement of being ranked Top 2 at this global event is considered a significant accomplishment, recognizing both its technological prowess and market potential.
Patty is a no-code AIaaS platform that allows non-developers to create AI apps tailored to their needs through simple chatting. From office workers looking to increase productivity to creators aiming to generate creative videos or images, anyone can build their own AI service with just a few conversations.
This capability is made possible by Patty's core technology, the domain-specific language 'PAWL (Patty Automation Workflow Language)'. This allows for integrated AI utilization on a single platform without the need for complex prompts or multiple tools.
The low-code/no-code (LC/NC) sector, to which Patty belongs, is gaining attention as one of the fastest-growing segments in the AI ecosystem. Gartner forecasts that "by 2030, over 80% of core applications of global enterprises will be developed based on low-code/no-code." Additionally, Mordor Intelligence and Grand View Research predict that this market will grow from approximately USD 30 billion in 2025 to USD 120-130 billion by 2030.
This trend indicates that the technology to make AI 'usable' in practical forms will be a key driver of the future market, beyond merely enhancing model sophistication. There is a need for platforms that help anyone easily apply AI in daily life and work. Patty stands at the center of this demand, presenting a differentiated direction that secures both technological capability and marketability, aiming for a USD 10 billion scale within two years.
Venture capitalists, investors, and IR officials at the Elevate Festival praised Patty for "not just making AI easier to use, but technically removing the entry barriers to AI utilization and operationally integrating the platform."
Patty's CEO, Patrick Rho, stated, "We wanted to eliminate the inconvenience of the development knowledge, complex learning processes, and multiple tool subscriptions needed for AI automation," adding, "Patty solves these issues in one place, envisioning a world where anyone can easily create and utilize their own AI apps or services."
Patty is set to officially launch next month and plans to enter the global market simultaneously in nine language versions immediately after its domestic release. It is already evaluated as having a structure capable of immediate response to global expansion, having completed compliance with payment and tax regulations in 114 countries.
