Blockchain specialist BEATOZ, IT service development company VD Crux, and AI physical security and payment solutions firm Focus AI are forming a strategic alliance to drive financial innovation in the Web 3.0 era.

The three companies announced on the 16th that they have signed a tripartite memorandum of understanding (MOU) to jointly develop and commercialize a 'crypto easy payment solution' by combining their core competencies. This collaboration aims to create synergy among the specialized companies in each field to expand the use of stablecoins as a means of everyday payment.

Focus AI will oversee the Go-to-Market strategy centered on the mobile payment app 'PayPlug', focusing on securing key merchants and external promotions and marketing. VD Crux will be responsible for the commercialization development, including app-POS integration and UI/UX, to provide a seamless payment experience for users and merchants. BEATOZ will offer payment, remittance, and settlement functions through its proprietary CPG (Crypto Payment Gateway) solution, reducing the adoption and operational burden for partner companies through a Managed Service model.

Starting with this MOU, the three companies plan to immediately activate a working group and rapidly advance the commercialization of the stablecoin easy payment solution through 'PayPlug'. Additionally, they intend to expand their business model into secondary and tertiary financial services using payment data, with a long-term roadmap in place.

Lee Sang-guk, Head of BEATOZ's Korean branch, stated, "This tripartite alliance will be a turning point for blockchain payments to become established as everyday payments for the public," and added, "We will support our partners to enter the Web3 payment market most easily and safely with the proven BEATOZ CPG infrastructure."
