StradVision announced on the 23rd that it has signed a multi-camera-based vision recognition software supply contract with Aptiv, its largest shareholder and a global automotive parts manufacturer.

The contract amount is KRW 23,712 million, equivalent to approximately 131.7% of last year’s consolidated revenue of KRW 18 billion. The contract period is about 14 months, from July 21 to September 30, 2027, and the supply region is the global market without restriction to specific countries.

This contract is the first large-scale supply agreement disclosed by StradVision since its listing on KOSDAQ in June.

The contract payment will be made in installments according to the progress of development and verification. Based on six milestone stages—such as achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), approval by the customer’s inspection committee, confirmation of performance improvement, and readiness for mass production—payments will be made following Aptiv’s inspection procedures.

Accordingly, the total contract amount will not be recognized as revenue at once, and the timing of revenue recognition may vary depending on whether conditions at each development stage are met and on the timing of customer approval.

Aptiv is both StradVision’s largest shareholder and a key customer. As a Tier 1 supplier of advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) and electronic components to global automakers, it posted consolidated revenue of USD 20.4 billion for fiscal year 2025.

StradVision plans to use this contract as a springboard to expand cooperation with Aptiv on next-generation vision artificial intelligence (AI) software development and to increase supply to global automakers and automotive parts manufacturers.

StradVision develops and supplies “SVNet,” ADAS software that recognizes vehicles, pedestrians, lanes, and other objects from in-vehicle camera images. According to the company, the software has been applied to 50 models from 13 automakers worldwide.

Kim Jun-hwan, CEO of StradVision, said, “As this is a contract that requires step-by-step verification, the company will reliably achieve each milestone,” adding, “StradVision will continue to expand cooperation with global automotive parts manufacturers and automakers.”
