The real estate platform ApartSaurus has been selected for an investment-linked support program by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.

ApartSaurus announced on the 16th that it has been finally chosen as a target company for the “2026 Investment-Linked Support Project for Micro and Small Enterprises (LIPS II)” organized by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups and the Korea SMEs and Startups Agency.

LIPS is a program that discovers local creators with business models in the lifestyle and culture sector and nurtures them into “LYCON” companies. Selected companies receive matching subsidies and commercialization funds linked to the scale of investment they attract.

ApartSaurus was recognized for the business potential and innovativeness of its residential relocation solution targeting dual-income households in their 30s and 40s in the Seoul metropolitan area. The company operates a service that proposes customized housing strategies by comprehensively analyzing customers’ financial capacity, workplace location, and children’s education and childcare environments.

Its “one-on-one customized consulting service,” in which verified real estate experts and local specialists participate, is emphasized as a core competitive edge. It is characterized by providing residential relocation strategies optimized for each individual’s situation.

Technological competitiveness is also cited as a strength. ApartSaurus holds a registered patent related to a “personalized content provision and subscription management system.” Based on this, it offers user-specific content and consulting services.
