Contemporary fashion brand “Mardi Mercredi,” operated by Peacepiece Studio Co., Ltd. (Co-CEOs Park Hwa-mok and Seo Seung-wan), announced on the 12th that it has officially begun procedures for a KOSDAQ listing.
Mirae Asset Securities and NH Investment & Securities will act as joint lead managers for Peacepiece Studio’s listing. The desired offering price range is KRW 19,000–21,500 per share, and the number of shares to be offered is 2,272,637. The total expected offering amount is reported to be in the range of KRW 43.2 billion–KRW 48.9 billion.
Peacepiece Studio was incorporated in 2020 and has since grown centered on the brand “Mardi Mercredi,” which is based on intellectual property (IP). Its revenue, which stood at KRW 800 million at the time of incorporation in 2020, reached KRW 113.8 billion in 2024 and KRW 117.9 billion in 2025.
Mardi Mercredi is well-known for its “Flower Mardi” graphic, characterized by a large petal motif. In addition to its womenswear collection, the brand has lineups including kidswear (Les Petits), sports (Actif), and shoes (Les Pommes). In 2024, it acquired “Hello Sunrise” and launched “Vacant Archive.” It has also carried out collaborations with global top-tier brands such as Crocs, Casetify, Puma, and Moleskine.
Peacepiece Studio maintained profit margins of 39.2% in 2022, 35.6% in 2023, and 24.7% in 2024. The company stated, “The number of members on our own online mall increased from 60,000 in 2023 to 450,000 as of 2026, approximately a 7.5-fold rise,” adding, “This has reduced dependence on external platforms that charge high commissions and is a case of successfully implementing a high value-added D2C model by using a strong fandom as a core asset.”
Peacepiece Studio opened 34 stores within about one year of entering Japan, starting with the launch of its flagship store in Daikanyama, Tokyo in 2024. This year, the company plans a “second leap” by directly entering China and expanding into Southeast Asian markets. The company added that monthly search volume on Xiaohongshu, China’s largest social media platform, has already exceeded 200 million.
A Peacepiece Studio representative said, “This KOSDAQ listing will serve as a milestone for Mardi Mercredi to have the value of its IP fully recognized and to advance into a global fashion house.”
