Lotte Innovate showcased its practical artificial intelligence capabilities without reserve at World IT Show 2026 (WIS 2026), the largest information and communication technology (ICT) exhibition in Korea. At the three-day event held at COEX in Seoul from 22 April, Lotte Innovate operated an experience-focused exhibition booth that drew steady attention from industry officials and visitors.
The exhibition space was organized around three themes—discovery, connection, and experience—offering visitors an intuitive digital journey. A large number of technologies at a level ready for immediate deployment in real industrial settings were on display, which was seen as clearly presenting Lotte Innovate’s blueprint for AI Transformation (AX).

The main attraction that drew the most intense interest was the humanoid robot ROI. Using its embedded visual intelligence (Vision AI), ROI successfully completed a demonstration in which it autonomously identified and learned the displayed products, then explained their exact locations and detailed specifications to customers.
Even when faced with variables such as changes in product placement, ROI responded flexibly. The robot had previously proven its driving capabilities at the vertical marathon event Sky Run, demonstrating the practicality of physical AI.
On the software side, the advancement of the integrated platform Aimember, which supports overall corporate management, stood out. The newly unveiled Aimember Work 4.0 features a function that automatically generates expert-level in-depth analytical documents, a tool that creates video content through conversation alone, and a canvas function that enables immediate editing of the output. In particular, the multi-agent system (MAS), in which multiple intelligent agents form a team and divide complex tasks, was highlighted as a key weapon for maximizing work efficiency.

The on-site excitement was further heightened by visits from key figures. On the opening day, Second Vice Minister of Science and ICT Ryu Je-myeong and other political and government officials visited the booth and closely examined the company’s five major AI brand system. Lee Sedol, former professional Go player and now distinguished professor at Ulsan National Institute of Science and Technology (UNIST), showed deep interest in the operating principles and application fields of the robot ROI and engaged in in-depth discussions with the technical staff.
A Lotte Innovate official emphasized, “Aimember Work 4.0 will go beyond being a simple auxiliary tool to serve as a true problem-solver for corporations.”
Lotte Innovate plans to use the results of this exhibition as momentum to strengthen its market dominance as an optimal partner that innovates the business value of its client companies.
