LG CNS has joined hands with OpenAI, the developer of ChatGPT, to target the AX (AI transformation) market.

On the 18th, LG CNS announced that it had signed “reseller partner” and “enterprise AI service implementation partner” agreements with OpenAI. Through these agreements, the company will support the entire process for domestic corporate clients in introducing, utilizing, and operating ChatGPT Enterprise, the enterprise version of the ChatGPT service.

ChatGPT Enterprise is a service that provides an environment in which a company’s internal information is neither leaked externally nor used for AI training, enabling enterprises to handle even sensitive tasks with confidence. To provide ChatGPT Enterprise to domestic companies, LG CNS has also established a dedicated task force (TF) called the “OpenAI Launch Center.” This organization consists of LG CNS’s AI specialist engineers, AI architects, and AI consultants. OpenAI’s specialist engineers will also collaborate to offer a “comprehensive package” service that covers consulting, expert technical support, and implementation required for the introduction of ChatGPT Enterprise.

Going forward, based on the enterprise AI service implementation partner agreement, LG CNS plans to pursue the development of customized AI agent services for clients by leveraging the OpenAI API (application programming interface).
