Lotte Innovate is partnering with Douzone Bizon to target the enterprise resource planning (ERP) market based on artificial intelligence (AI). In line with the trend of corporate digital transformation demand advancing into AI-centered “AX (Artificial Intelligence Transformation),” the company aims to secure market competitiveness with next-generation intelligent solutions.

Lotte Innovate announced on the 27th that it signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for “strategic cooperation on AI-based ERP” on the 26th at its Seoul headquarters, with key officials in attendance including Kim Kyung-yeop, CEO of Lotte Innovate, and Lee Kang-soo, Vice Chairman of Douzone Bizon. The agreement was pursued with the goal of expanding Lotte Innovate’s external business, strengthening competitiveness, and broadening its business portfolio.

As a first step in the cooperation, the two companies will advance the AI capabilities of ERP systems. They plan to subsequently expand collaboration across various areas, including joint proposals for mid- to large-scale projects and cooperation in maintenance and support businesses. Through this, they expect to enhance efficiency and competitiveness across the entire process from system development to operation.

Technology synergy from the combination of core platforms is also drawing attention. The core is to link Lotte Innovate’s next-generation AI-based integrated SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) platform, “DEVmember,” with Douzone Bizon’s AI-based integrated business platform, “OmniEsol,” to build new business models. The two companies believe this will shorten system implementation periods and improve operational efficiency, enabling customers to achieve tangible cost reductions.

Lotte Innovate plans to combine its experience in executing large-scale IT projects and risk management capabilities with Douzone Bizon’s leading ERP solution technologies in Korea to establish a foundation for entry into global markets. From the early stages of the partnership, the companies will strengthen technical support and implement optimized AX environments for each enterprise, offering differentiated digital transformation solutions.

In addition, the two firms plan to form a working-level consultative body to identify joint business opportunities and enhance execution capabilities for subsequent initiatives.
