Blockchain specialist company BEATOZ announced on the 15th that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with HashKey Cloud, a global Web3 infrastructure service provider under HashKey Group, for participation as a validator in the BEATOZ Network and cooperation in node operations.
The partnership was decisively triggered by the “9th Annual Conference of the Hong Kong Independent Non-Executive Director Association (HKiNEDA)” held recently at the Hong Kong Convention Centre. At that time, BEATOZ, which had been formally invited to deliver a keynote speech, identified the limitations of existing blockchain models and proposed new alternatives suitable for the era of digital finance, drawing significant attention on site.
In its presentation, BEATOZ stated that “as ‘public blockchains’ pursue full decentralization, there are clear structural limitations for adoption by the traditional financial sector in terms of data privacy protection and compliance.” It then presented “hybrid blockchains,” which maintain operational transparency while fully ensuring regulatory compliance and security, as the solution, emphasizing that this will become the practical standard for digital finance in the future.
A representative from HashKey Cloud who participated in the subsequent panel discussion expressed strong agreement with BEATOZ’s solution, describing it as “the most realistic and ideal model currently available for institutions and enterprises seeking to adopt Web3.” This technical consensus immediately evolved into on-site business discussions and, at an unusually rapid pace, led to the signing of this strategic partnership.
HashKey Cloud is a core affiliate of HashKey, one of Asia’s leading digital asset companies. It is a global top-tier provider of node validation services for major public chains and possesses advanced security technologies and operational know-how.
Through this agreement, the two companies will jointly pursue: △ HashKey Cloud’s participation as a validator in the BEATOZ Network △ the design of node infrastructure and the establishment of security standards. They also agreed to work together to raise their profiles in the global market through cooperation in ecosystem programs.
As part of its “Web 3.0 open platform strategy,” BEATOZ plans to accelerate its penetration of the digital asset market using hybrid blockchain technology. In particular, BEATOZ expects HashKey’s network capabilities to become a key infrastructure competitiveness factor in the global expansion of “CPG (Crypto Payment Gateway),” a stablecoin payment solution co-developed with Ringnet.
Piotr Majka, Head of Global Business at the BEATOZ Foundation, said, “This agreement is a representative case showing that BEATOZ’s regulatory-friendly hybrid blockchain technology is gaining attention in the global market,” adding, “Together with HashKey Cloud, we will create a new standard for global Web3 infrastructure.”
