Hyundai Motor Group will present innovative future mobility technologies and its vision by concentrating the full capabilities of its group companies at CES 2026, the world’s largest consumer electronics and IT exhibition, to be held next month.
Hyundai Motor Group plans to participate in CES 2026, which will be held in Las Vegas, the United States, from January 5 to 9 (local time), and unveil a wide range of core technologies that will lead the future mobility ecosystem, including artificial intelligence (AI), robotics, electrification, and autonomous driving. In this exhibition, not only Hyundai Motor Company and Kia but also key affiliates such as Hyundai Mobis and Hyundai Wia will participate together with the aim of maximizing integrated technological capabilities and synergies at the group level.

In particular, Hyundai Motor Group will announce its AI robotics ecosystem expansion strategy under the theme “Partnering Human Progress: AI Robotics, from Lab to Life” at the Media Day event to be held on January 5 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. At this event, it will stage the world’s first live demonstration of Boston Dynamics’ next-generation humanoid robot “Electric Atlas (Atlas)” and unveil its “Software-Defined Factory (SDF)” strategy, which is expected to drive software-centric manufacturing innovation.
Hyundai Mobis will operate a private booth under the theme “Layer of Progress” for pre-invited customer companies. It will showcase cutting-edge technologies such as the next-generation cockpit integrated solution “M.VICS 7.0” and “X-by-Wire.” In particular, the “Holographic Windshield Display (HWD)” mounted on M.VICS 7.0, an innovative technology that uses the front windshield as an ultra-large display, has proven its technological competitiveness by winning a “CES 2026 Innovation Award.”

Hyundai Wia, participating in CES for the first time, will unveil AI-based future vehicle climate control systems, dual constant-velocity joints, and other core future vehicle component technologies under the theme “Journey of Connection.” It will also seek to expand partnerships with global customer companies.
Hyundai Motor Group’s participation in CES 2026 is reportedly a reflection of Executive Chair Euisun Chung’s determination to lead a paradigm shift in future mobility under the vision of “Progress for Humanity.”
A Hyundai Motor Group official said, “This CES will be an occasion to present a future mobility blueprint that will enrich human life by bringing together the core capabilities of each group affiliate,” adding, “It is expected to provide a concrete experience of how innovative technologies centered on AI and robotics will enter everyday life.”
