Creverse, a leading Korean edutech company (CEO Lee Dong-hoon), has unveiled its AI-based academy operation solutions, the AI personal assistant “OPTI” and the AI vice director “CORI,” and introduced CREVAX, a new academy operation model that applies AX (AI Transformation) across counseling, administration, and overall operations.

The solutions are services jointly developed after Creverse signed an MOU with LG U+, and were presented to franchisees of Chungdahm Learning and April Institute at a franchise information session held on 19 December.

Creverse explained that by releasing these solutions, it has focused on using AI to transform the work environment of field staff into a more efficient structure and to create a highly immersive working environment.

OPTI (Optimia) is an AI-based counseling portal designed to reduce the workload of counseling staff while enhancing the completeness of counseling. Voice information generated during counseling is automatically stored, and AI summarizes the content of the counseling in real time so that only the key points can be quickly checked, minimizing the repetitive recording and organizing tasks that used to be required after counseling.

Based on personalized data such as a student’s learning history and achievement level, OPTI provides a counseling guide that enables tailored counseling for each student. Through this counseling guide, it diagnoses the student’s learning achievement level objectively using nationwide learning indicators and presents the student with an accurate learning direction.

Creverse stated that OPTI is an innovative counseling service solution that maximizes the efficiency of academy counseling tasks and raises and standardizes counseling quality.

CORI (Corina) is an “AI vice director” concept operation portal that systematically designs and supports the execution of tasks related to overall academy operations. CORI aims to structure operational methods that previously depended on individual experience and to enable efficient management of tasks according to on-site conditions, thereby simultaneously improving continuity and productivity in operations.

CORI provides a list of key tasks required for academy operations and task-specific execution guides, and these task lists and guides can be customized and operated according to each academy’s circumstances. CORI automatically manages regularly recurring tasks by cycle, and individual task histories are naturally accumulated so that workflow is not disrupted even when there are changes in personnel or handovers. In addition, as a task coaching service that maximizes efficiency relative to training time, it helps users perform their duties quickly and without omissions.

Through OPTI and CORI, Creverse has built CREVAX, an AX-based academy operation model that connects counseling and operations into a single system. CEO Lee Dong-hoon said, “AI is not a technology that replaces the field, but a foundation that helps people focus on the essence,” adding, “We will create an environment that reduces operational inefficiencies and enhances the quality of counseling and education.”
