Upbit has officially announced its entry into the corporate digital asset market.

Dunamu, the operator of the digital asset exchange Upbit, held a corporate client seminar titled 'Upbit Biz Insight 2025 (UBI 2025)' on the 8th at the Four Seasons Hotel Seoul in Jongno-gu, Seoul, announcing its entry into the corporate digital asset market. This is the first time Upbit has held a large-scale seminar exclusively for corporate clients.

The event was attended by over 250 industry professionals, including major domestic listed companies, financial institutions, law and accounting firms, and professional investment institutions.

According to Upbit, the event was planned to reflect the rapid organization of corporate digital asset regulations both domestically and internationally, and the expanding scope of digital asset utilization such as Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs), Real World Assets (RWA), and stablecoins. Key sessions included changes in corporate market regulations and risk responses, strategies for corporate utilization of digital assets, and introductions to Upbit Biz services and roadmap. Particularly, Upbit announced the official launch of 'Upbit Biz,' a digital asset service dedicated to corporations. Key features introduced include differentiated 100% cold wallet-based custody, institutional-grade system infrastructure, the largest trading liquidity in the country, and an all-in-one solution integrating trading, custody, and management. Through Upbit Biz, the goal is to provide a safe environment for corporate clients to store digital assets, ensuring transparent operation and efficient management. Ultimately, Upbit expressed its intention to lead the corporate digital asset market through continuous technological enhancement and service sophistication. As part of this, the UBI seminar, held for the first time this year, is planned to be an annual event.

Son Hyuk-jin, Head of Corporate at Dunamu, stated, "Upbit Biz will establish a new standard for corporate digital assets, allowing companies to operate in the digital asset era in the safest and most reliable way possible."
