Low Partners announced on the 24th that it hosted the '2025 Jeonbuk Defense Industry Startup Demo Day'.

The '2025 Jeonbuk Defense Industry Startup Demo Day' is hosted by Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province and organized by Jeonbuk Technopark. It is part of the defense sector program of the '2025 Private Investment-Led Technology Startup Activation Support Project' operated by Low Partners. It was prepared to support the growth of promising startups in the defense and deep tech sectors in the Jeonbuk region and to promote scaling up through private investment connections.

This demo day was held on the 21st at The May Hotel in Jeonju, attended by officials from related institutions in technology startups, venture capitalists (VC), and participating startups. During the event, IR pitches from six pre-selected startups were conducted, followed by 1:1 consultations and networking sessions with investors, leading to practical investment connections and collaboration discussions.

The participating companies consisted of six firms possessing defense-related technologies in AI, sensors, mobility, materials, and drones. Each company presented focusing on technology differentiation, applicable fields, and business expansion strategies.

Additionally, through this year's project, Low Partners has provided comprehensive support for growth stages, including BM enhancement consulting, defense-specialized mentoring, investor meeting connections, education and consulting linked to the 'Defense Innovation Company 100 Project', and IR consulting. This demo day was an opportunity for companies that have undergone these support processes to showcase their achievements and growth potential to investors and the market.

A representative from Low Partners stated, “This demo day served as a practical point of contact for promising startups with defense industry technology to meet investors directly and validate their growth potential,” adding, “We will strengthen support to connect Jeonbuk's defense infrastructure and private investment capabilities, enabling regional defense startups to advance into the global market.”

Meanwhile, the '2025 Private Investment-Led Technology Startup Activation Support Project' is a technology startup activation program promoted by Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province and Jeonbuk Technopark. It comprehensively supports investment connections, customized support programs, and global expansion in six specialized fields: △Defense △Content/ICT △Public Technology △Climate Tech △Bio/Healthcare △Circular Economy. Low Partners is exclusively supporting the defense sector startups in Jeonbuk as the operating company.
