SmileShark, an AWS Premier Tier Partner, announced on the 15th that it has signed a Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to accelerate AI transformation (AX) for domestic companies.

Through this agreement, SmileShark will expand its AI solution portfolio and provide integrated management services covering the entire journey of AI adoption for enterprises, including industry-specific AI solution development, customized training, and operational support.

SmileShark will leverage AWS's advanced generative AI services, such as Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Q Developer, to accelerate AI adoption across major industries in Korea. Additionally, it will introduce five mission-critical solutions, including △ intelligent IT operations automation △ security threat detection and response △ business intelligence analysis △ cloud-based DevOps automation △ AI-powered one-click cloud migration.

Each solution is based on AWS cloud and AI services with security and scalability, addressing key customer challenges such as security event validation, predictive analytics, business process automation and optimization, and real-time IT performance monitoring. SmileShark will expand collaboration by adding its practical implementation experience, including joint sales, cloud and AI technology training, and dedicated solution architect support.

SmileShark is successfully leading digital transformation for customers in various sectors, including finance, retail, legal, education, and public services, through AWS-based solutions.
