Global dental medical device specialist Dentium announced that the 'Zurich Course 2025', held in collaboration with the University of Zurich in Switzerland, concluded successfully.
Dentium annually conducts advanced courses for implant clinicians in Zurich, Switzerland, through cooperation with the University of Zurich and Yonsei University. This year's training took place over two days from September 11 to 12, with participation from overseas dentists from Vietnam, Thailand, the United Kingdom, and others, who had the opportunity to learn the latest implant technologies alongside world-renowned experts.
The University of Zurich's Dental School, where this course was held, is a prestigious dental education institution recognized globally beyond Europe. Consistently ranked high in international university evaluations, this university has achieved outstanding research results in the fields of implants, periodontology, and prosthodontics, producing numerous world-class scholars. It is considered one of the most desirable dental schools for students majoring in dentistry and clinicians worldwide.
On the first day of the training, under the guidance of Dr. Nadja Naenni from the University of Zurich, practical training on implant placement timing and soft tissue grafting was conducted. Participants gained experience close to actual patient procedures using Dentium's 'bright Tissue Level Implant' and collagen graft materials. Following this, a live surgery demonstration of maxillary ridge preservation and immediate placement by Professor Ronald Jung captured the participants' attention.
On the second day, practical training on lateral sinus augmentation was conducted by Professors Park Jin-young and Lee Joong-seok from Yonsei University. In this course, Dentium's sinus surgery kit 'DASK Simple' was used, allowing participants to experience safe and efficient surgical methods firsthand. Additionally, the clinical value of the equipment was confirmed through a live surgery conducted by Professor Daniel Thoma from the University of Zurich.

This training was not merely a place to learn techniques. Various clinical case discussions and Q&A sessions followed, allowing participants to deeply consider how to apply new knowledge in clinical settings. For dentists with limited implant experience, it was an opportunity to learn directly from and communicate with world-renowned scholars. Participants who completed the training received certificates awarded by the University of Zurich and Dentium.
Dentium annually opens educational courses for clinicians worldwide through collaboration with the University of Zurich and Yonsei University. A representative from Dentium stated, "We will continue to provide opportunities to share techniques and know-how that clinicians can immediately apply in the field, while also allowing them to directly experience the latest equipment and products."
The 'Zurich Course 2025' was a special platform where dentists could simultaneously achieve international academic accomplishments and clinical experience. Dentium plans to continue leading global implant education and contributing to the advancement of the dental field.
