MOU signed to integrate AI security (AI Agent Security) solutions
Real-time prevention of data leaks and malicious attacks… accelerating push into the enterprise market
As generative artificial intelligence (AI) solutions rapidly spread across industries, a leading Korean hyperautomation company is joining forces with a global security firm to take the lead in the “secure AI” market.
Hyperautomation specialist PersonaAI (CEO Yoo Seung-jae, hereinafter “PersonaAI”) announced that it has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Check Point (CEO Nadav Zafrir), a U.S.-Israel joint venture and global leader in cyber security, to target the generative AI security market.
The core of this agreement is to integrate Check Point’s advanced “AI Agent Security” solution with PersonaAI’s key solutions based on its proprietary AI core technologies, including GEN AICC, an AI agent platform, and EDGE AI.
With AI services based on large language models (LLMs), such as ChatGPT, being adopted in corporate operations, concerns are increasing over “prompt injection,” in which users pose malicious queries to incapacitate internal systems, and over data leakage incidents in which corporate secrets and personal information are exposed externally. The unfiltered exposure of profanity, harmful content, and content policy violations is also cited as a major reason companies hesitate to adopt AI.
Through this collaboration, the two companies will embed Check Point’s security layers—ranging from AI guardrails to AI runtime protection—into PersonaAI’s solutions. This will enable real-time detection and blocking of various security threats and harmful content that may arise during AI service processes. In particular, because this security technology handles threats at the API (application programming interface) level, it can be quickly applied to existing systems without a separate large-scale data training process, which is a key feature.
Industry observers expect this partnership to further enhance the competitiveness of PersonaAI’s hyperautomation solutions in the enterprise (B2B) market. It is seen as fully resolving security concerns for clients in the public sector, large conglomerates, and financial institutions that have been extremely sensitive to security and therefore hesitant to introduce AI, allowing AI services to be provided in a trusted environment.
Check Point is a global security giant that provides solutions across network, cloud, and AI security. Including its headquarters in Tel Aviv, Israel, the company employs more than 7,000 people worldwide and is accelerating efforts to strengthen its security capabilities in line with the AI era.
PersonaAI, which has continuously expanded its services based on its proprietary AI engine, is expected to gain a powerful, global top-class “security shield” through this collaboration. This is anticipated to enhance the reliability of its solutions while simultaneously securing both technological competitiveness and business scalability.
A PersonaAI representative stated, “As generative AI services rapidly permeate everyday life and work, ensuring security and reliability that users can trust is no longer optional but a mandatory requirement,” adding, “Building on this global collaboration, the company will strengthen a secure AI ecosystem so that customers can adopt artificial intelligence conveniently and without any concerns.”
