아주대 경영학과 부교수
필자는 서울대 전기공학부 학사와 동 대학원 경영학 석사를 거쳐 미국 시러큐스대에서 마케팅 전공으로 경영학 박사 학위를 받았다.
KT키움증권에서 마케팅 업무를 담당한 바 있다. 주요 연구 및 관심분야는 서비스 공정성, 가격 차별화, 온라인 협상 등 기술과 소비자 행동의 관계이다.
