Alpi Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Joong-hee) announced that it signed a strategic business agreement (MOU) with Medistaff Co., Ltd. (CEO Ki Dong-hoon) on the 16th.

This agreement was arranged to promote the development of digital healthcare services for medical professionals and the spread of medical artificial intelligence technology by combining the capabilities of ECG Buddy, an AI-based electrocardiogram analysis solution developed by Alpi, with the medical-professional community-based digital platform operated by Medistaff.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to work closely together in a wide range of areas, including ▲ cooperation on platform-based services ▲ cooperation on the spread of medical AI technology ▲ joint marketing and public relations ▲ joint business opportunity development ▲ research and technology collaboration.

Alpi CEO Kim Joong-hee said, “This agreement with Medistaff has created an important opportunity for ECG Buddy to reach a larger number of medical professionals,” adding, “We will develop this into a cooperative relationship that creates practical value in clinical settings by combining the strengths of both companies.”

Medistaff CEO Ki Dong-hoon said, “For medical artificial intelligence technology to be practically utilized in clinical settings, the role of a platform that connects physicians and technology is crucial,” and added, “As a life platform for doctors, Medistaff will create an environment in which medical professionals can more easily access and utilize AI-based medical technologies.”
