Beauty health tech company Lucevita Healthcare Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Si-eun) announced that it has signed a strategic partnership agreement for exclusive distribution in North America with a consortium composed of the Andover, Thompson, and Reynolds Family Offices.

This agreement goes beyond simple product supply, including plans to jointly establish manufacturing facilities for raw materials and ampoules in North America in the future, marking a new milestone for the entry of K-beauty companies into the North American market.

Through this partnership, Lucevita Healthcare will exclusively supply its main products, the LUCEVITA V-300, V-STAR, V-FLOWER, and the functional cosmetics line V-GLOW, as well as the entire Kaling line, to the North American market through the partner company. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) specified in the contract for each product line is reported to be 1 million sets.

The most noteworthy aspect of this contract is the 'Strategic Collaboration' clause. The partner company will lead the establishment and operation of raw material and ampoule manufacturing facilities in North America, and Lucevita Healthcare has agreed to provide core technology and operational know-how for raw material production.

Lucevita Healthcare stated, “This contract is an important starting point for showcasing Lucevita's innovative technology in the world's largest market, North America,” and expressed, “We are very pleased to partner with the Andover, Thompson, and Reynolds Family Offices, who share a long-term vision. Through local production collaboration, we will elevate the status of K-beauty and provide the best products to North American customers.”

A spokesperson for the family office consortium stated, “We decided on this partnership by highly evaluating Lucevita Healthcare's unique technology and global growth potential,” and added, “Based on our capital strength and network, we will not only ensure Lucevita's successful entry into the North American market but also jointly lead innovation in the beauty tech industry.”

The two companies plan to immediately launch products and commence marketing activities following the signing of this contract, and will also begin concrete discussions for the establishment of local production facilities.
