Duresigning (CEO Yoon Soon-gi), a comprehensive real estate asset management and propfintech company, has been finally selected as a participating company for the “Domain-Specialized AI Model Development” project under the “2026 SME Technology Innovation Development Project” overseen by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. Based on this program, Duresigning will begin full-scale development of the intelligent risk management platform “EnerSafe.”

The project aims to build a customized AI risk management agent for small and medium-sized enterprises that increases power efficiency by using electrical fire big data and IoT sensors to detect abnormal signs in facilities in advance, and preemptively blocking fire causes such as leakage current, overcurrent, and arc faults. The project will be carried out over a total of three years, proceeding in the order of on-site infrastructure establishment in the first year, AI model advancement in the second year, and commercialization package demonstration in the third year.

In this consortium, FS Co., Ltd., which has technological capabilities in the field of smart electrical fire prevention systems, is participating as the lead managing organization. In addition, EuclideSoft Co., Ltd., a specialist in unstructured big data analysis and AI labeling, is joining as a joint research institution, taking charge of data quality validation and model advancement. Based on the expertise accumulated from operating multi-use facilities and urban logistics centers, Duresigning will serve as a testbed by installing real-time IoT detection sensors at management sites and providing demonstration infrastructure.

Duresigning is reviewing ways to link the fire risk and power anomaly prediction data generated by EnerSafe with its comprehensive real estate asset management platform “KDAP” and use it in its asset valuation model. Through this, by automating part of on-site patrol operations and applying optimal energy control scenarios, the company expects, based on a single demonstration site, to reduce daily management time by an average of about 2.5 hours and achieve annual operating cost savings of approximately KRW 40 million.

CEO Yoon Soon-gi stated, “Taking this project as an opportunity, the company will establish a foundation to manage not only legal risks of real estate but also physical disaster risks within a single integrated system,” adding, “We will continue to strengthen competitiveness in the propfintech field by incorporating AI technology.”
