KMA Korea Management Association (Executive Vice President Choi Kwon-seok, hereinafter KMA) and SK AX (President Kim Wan-jong) have joined forces to strengthen AI capabilities at domestic companies.

KMA announced that on the 5th at its Yeouido headquarters it signed an MOU with SK AX for cooperation on AI education programs and agreed to jointly promote AI education projects targeting corporations and public institutions. The MOU aims to raise AI literacy across industries and foster practical, work-ready AI talent by combining SK AX’s hands-on AI training programs with KMA’s corporate and public-sector education network.

Under the agreement, the two organizations plan to cooperate in various areas, including △expansion of AI education programs △provision of linked services via education platforms △joint discovery of new AI-related businesses △sharing of AI education trends and market information.

As a first step, SK AX’s core “AI Literacy” and “AI Bootcamp” courses, which are part of its AI training program “AI Talent Lab,” will be incorporated into KMA’s corporate and public-sector education programs.

The “AI Literacy” course is a program that enables learners to acquire, assess, and certify the basic capabilities needed to use generative AI in their work. It diagnoses and provides feedback on AI utilization competencies in a range of work areas, including document writing, data analysis, and programming. The “AI Bootcamp” course is a practical project-based training program that covers everything from prompt design to AI service implementation. It focuses on building development capabilities using the latest AI technologies such as RAG and multi-agent systems in an Azure-based cloud practice environment.

KMA plans to link this educational content with its own training platform “stud.io” and corporate education programs to provide an environment in which corporate practitioners can more easily learn and apply AI capabilities in their work.

Choi Kwon-seok, Executive Vice President of KMA, said, “By combining SK AX’s practical AI education content with KMA’s education network, KMA will actively support the enhancement of AI capabilities at companies and public institutions.”

Park Jong-soo, Head of Corporate Culture at SK AX, said, “AI Talent Lab is a program based on AI utilization know-how verified in actual industrial settings and a practice-centered training environment,” adding, “Through cooperation with KMA, SK AX will help more companies apply AI technologies in their operations.”
